Miller Brother Staffing has teamed up with an industrial manufacturer here in Berwick PA that is looking for Carpenters/Framers!. Looking for motivated individuals with Carpentry experience both in Finish and Rough Carpentry. Please see the details below to find out if this is a good fit for you.
Shift: Mon- Fri, 6AM-2:30PM, OT Available
Pay: $20-26 an hour, Based on Experience
Location: Facility located in Berwick PA,
- Cut, fit, and then install baseboard, door & window casing and crown molding, according to specific measurements
- Make sure corners are crisp, joints are tight, and moldings are level
- Installation of cabinets, windows and doors, with the utmost precision
- Adheres to local building and safety codes and guidelines.
- Work and provide relief and support to other production areas when needed.
- Continuously meet efficiency and safety standards
- Year round, Steady Construction work performed at one location inside a factory in Berwick, PA
- 5+ years of experience in Finish carpentry
- Understand construction measurements and basic math
- Ability to read blueprints, easily understand materials and measurements from the prints and identify potential issues with materials.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality in work
- Have working knowledge and understanding of all carpentry related tools, both power and hand
- Outstanding problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and with a work crew
- Be physically able to perform various job site tasks as well as lifting equipment.
