Join our dynamic team as our i502 Lab Manager, where you will lead and oversee the daily operations of our multiple states. This pivotal role combines scientific expertise with strong leadership to ensure laboratory procedures meet rigorous quality standards, regulatory compliance, and project objectives. As a Lab Manager, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage laboratory workflows, and uphold the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and efficiency. Your expertise will drive innovative product initiatives and support critical development across multiple states/brands.
Responsibilities
- Supervise laboratory staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Oversee laboratory operations to ensure compliance with state guidelines.
- Manage laboratory workflows, including sample processing, data collection, and analysis to support research & development projects.
- Ensure all laboratory procedures adhere to established company protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation of experiments, results, and quality control.
- Implement safety protocols and conduct regular training to uphold a safe working environment in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate project timelines, resource allocation, and equipment maintenance to optimize laboratory productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
- 2+ Years of proven experience managing a i502 laboratory with a strong understanding of laboratory management principles.
- Extensive knowledge of WLCB regulations, standards, and compliance requirements for Medical/Recreational laboratories.
- Prior experience supervising scientific staff or laboratory teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets accurately.
- Familiarity with GrowFlow for data tracking and reporting.
- Excellent project management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong understanding of compliance with all state and federal regulations related to extraction and production
- Experience operating BHO extraction machine.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
