Job Overview
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead, develop, and grow a high-performing sales team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, coaching team members, and driving revenue through effective leadership and strategic execution.

Duties
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives to consistently meet and exceed sales goals
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and market expansion
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing ongoing coaching and accountability
- Oversee lead generation efforts and ensure consistent pipeline activity
- Conduct regular team meetings, trainings, and performance reviews
- Support team members in closing deals and overcoming objections
- Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and adjust strategies as needed
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with leadership to align team goals with company objectives
Requirements (Preferred)
- Proven experience in sales, with leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong understanding of lead generation, sales processes, and closing techniques
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and develop a team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) preferred
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and accountability skills
