Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including physical examinations, physical assessments, and musculoskeletal diagnostics to identify underlying issues.
- Develop personalized care plans utilizing chiropractic diversified technique, manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and other evidence-based methods to address acute pain and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Perform patient treatment sessions focused on pain management, biomechanics correction, and functional rehabilitation.
- Monitor patient progress through ongoing observation of symptoms and response to treatment; adjust care plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient records using EMR/EHR systems, including detailed notes on diagnoses, treatment procedures, and follow-up recommendations.
- Educate patients on anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and self-care strategies to promote long-term health benefits.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care and ensure adherence to clinical protocols and care standards.
Experience
- Proven experience in chiropractic practice with a strong background in musculoskeletal system assessment and diagnosis.
- Demonstrated expertise in physical examinations, physical assessments, and musculoskeletal diagnostics.
- Hands-on experience with chiropractic diversified technique, manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and pain medicine modalities.
- Knowledge of healthcare diagnosis procedures including medical imaging interpretation is preferred.
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for efficient documentation and patient management.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and the musculoskeletal system to inform accurate client assessments.
- Prior experience in occupational health or primary care settings is advantageous.
- Excellent client communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and empathetically.
