If you are a results-oriented communicator who thrives on turning digital inquiries into showroom handshakes, we want you on our team in Elk River.The Role: Your Day-in-the-LifeAs our Digital Sales Specialist, you are the critical link between a customer’s screen and our showroom floor. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role where speed-to-lead is everything.
- Rapid Response: Be the first point of contact for all incoming internet and phone leads, responding via phone, professional text, and video message.
- Appointment Setting: Use your influence and product knowledge to build value and schedule onsite VIP appointments.
- Digital Merchandising: Ensure our "online porch" looks elite by managing inventory photos and descriptions that stop the scroll.
- CRM Mastery: Act as a CRM ninja, meticulously tracking every interaction to ensure no lead is left behind.
- Sales Support: Work hand-in-hand with our Floor Sales team to ensure a seamless transition for the customer upon arrival.
What You Bring to the Table
- Exceptional Communication: You have "gold medal" phone skills and can write professional, engaging emails and texts.
- The "Hustle" Factor: You are self-driven, have a thick skin for follow-ups, and a strong work ethic to give 100% every shift.
- Tech Literacy: You are comfortable with CRM software, Web Browsers, and basic photo/video tools.
- Experience: 1 year of Sales and 2 years of Customer Service required. (Powersports or Automotive experience is a major plus!)
- Passion: A genuine love for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson lifestyle.

- Must work onsite in Elk River, MN.
- Motorcycle Driver’s License (Preferred).
