What You’ll Be Doing
- Working with provided, in-house leads (no cold calling)
- Learning proven sales skills through hands-on training and mentorship
- Talking with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions
- Building communication, confidence, and professional skills
- Using simple tools to track progress and improve
- Growing into leadership or training roles as you develop (optional)

- Full-time commitment (flexible schedule, Monday–Saturday)
- Strong work ethic and a positive mindset
- Professional communication skills (English fluency required)
- Ability to work in person at our Orlando office
- Access to a laptop, phone, and reliable transportation
- Willingness to obtain a Florida insurance license (we help)
- Must pass a standard background check
