Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Crew Lead Painter to lead a small team while working alongside the crew. This is a full-time W2 position for someone with strong painting experience, leadership skills, and a commitment to quality.
Responsibilities
- Lead and work alongside a crew of 2–3 painters
- Complete interior and exterior painting projects
- Prepare surfaces (sanding, patching, caulking, masking)
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and job site safety
- Communicate with Project Managers and team members
- Keep projects on schedule and maintain productivity
- Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
Qualifications
- 3+ years of painting experience preferred
- Previous Crew Lead, Lead Painter, or Foreman experience preferred
- Strong residential painting experience required
- Commercial painting experience is a plus
- Leadership and communication skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Compensation & Benefits
- $25–$28/hour based on experience
