About the Role
As a Production Finishing Specialist, you will play a vital role in our label manufacturing workflow by ensuring high-quality output and seamless logistics. You will be responsible for the precision setup of finishing machinery and the accurate preparation of goods for distribution, directly impacting our ability to meet customer deadlines and quality standards.
Responsibilities-
Configure and manage label inspection, rewinding, and die-cutting machinery to achieve optimal production results.

Interpret complex job orders to select appropriate tooling, cores, and winding techniques for each specific run.

Conduct rigorous quality assurance inspections to ensure every finished product aligns with client specifications.

Perform essential preventative maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.

Execute shipping protocols by labeling and preparing finished orders for timely dispatch.

Manage warehouse inventory by receiving, verifying, and organizing incoming shipments to maintain an orderly facility.

Maintain a safe and clean workspace to support high-volume production throughput.
Qualifications-
Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.

Proficiency with computer systems and data entry.

Demonstrated ability to maintain high attention to detail in fast-paced settings.

Physical capability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds with assistance.

Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently to meet production goals.

Prior experience with shipping software such as UPS WorldShip or FedEx.

Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or similar inventory management platforms.

Previous experience in label finishing or specialized machine operation.
