We are seeking energetic and dedicated Dining Professionals to join our vibrant restaurant team! Responsibilities
- Greet seated guests promptly with a friendly smile and present them with the evenings featured beverage and food featured items. setting the stage for a dining experience.
- Take accurate orders using POS systems and communicate clearly kitchen staff & bartenders
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, listen to customer's requests, while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation.
- Listen to the client's, and provide them additional options, such as bottles of wine from our Select Reserve list, deserts, or after dinner drinks.
- Manage multiple tables simultaneously by prioritizing tasks effectively through excellent time management skills
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while providing clear receipts and change
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations; assist with bussing and resetting tables as needed
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing questions about menu items, accommodating special requests, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction
- Support food preparation and food handling procedures in accordance with health regulations when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy nights or events such as nightclub evenings
Experience
- Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant environments is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Shift4, Toast POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in order processing and sales tracking.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures is essential for maintaining high hygiene standards
- Strong communication skills combined with basic math proficiency support accurate order taking, billing, and cash handling
- Understanding of craft cocktails, wines and after dinner drinks is a must.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing multiple responsibilities with professionalism
