Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in conjunction with other members of the healthcare team
- Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in patient care, family involvement, and team collaboration
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:
