About Us:
Elevate Coffee is expanding! We have acquired a commercial kitchen to create our own in-house food menu for our coffee shop locations—think breakfast burritos, breakfast sandwiches, lunch burritos, and fresh grab-and-go sandwiches made daily. We're building a strong kitchen team to help prepare high-quality food that will be served across all of our locations.
Position Overview:
We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented BOH crew members to support our kitchen's daily food production. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in organization and cleanliness, and wants to grow their skills in a fast-paced commercial kitchen environment.
What You'll Do:
- Cook and prepare ingredients for our daily menu
- Assemble breakfast burritos, breakfast sandwiches, lunch burritos, and lunch sandwiches according to recipes and quality standards
- Portion ingredients and prepare food for daily production
- Package, date, and label prepared foods according to food safety standards
- Monitor product quality and ensure consistency in every item prepared
- Wash dishes, kitchen tools, and equipment throughout your shift
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen workspace
- Help receive, organize, and stock inventory as needed
- Work alongside the kitchen team to meet daily production goals
What We're Looking For:
- Kitchen or food service experience preferred (but we're willing to train the right person)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to follow recipes, portion standards, and food safety guidelines
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Schedule & Pay:
- $15/hour
- Flexible part-time scheduling
- Work in our commercial kitchen location

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
