Job Description
A Mitigation Technician is responsible for cleaning up damage from water/fire/mold during the restoration process. This team member plays a key role in ensuring that we can put our customer’s lives back together after a disaster.
- Looking for someone with previous experience, ready to work but willing to learn.
- Perform basic demo tasks—cutting drywall, removing baseboards, and various flooring materials.
- Remove damaged materials such as flooring, drywall, and cabinets.
- Assist in placing air movers and dehumidifiers in proper room locations to remove moisture from home structures and air.
- Perform additional tasks and general labor.
- Maintain company supplies, keeping them clean and properly maintained.
- Keep a clean and neat jobsite at all times.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including on call schedule.
- Drive company vehicle to job site.
Job Requirements
- Good driving record
- Valid driver's license is required
- Lift 30+ pounds
- Applicants must be customer and detail oriented, reliable, determined to improve, and willing to be part of a team
Must have a clean criminal background (no felony convictions)
Experience:
· Water Mitigation technician or lead technician background
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
License:
- Driver's License (Required)
