Food Sales East (FSE) is a growing foodservice sales agency representing leading manufacturers across the Southeast. We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales growth by building strong relationships with distributor partners and foodservice operators within the territory.

Develop and manage relationships with distributors and distributor sales reps (DSRs)

Grow business with foodservice operators across key segments (restaurants, healthcare, education, hospitality)

Deliver product demonstrations, sales presentations, and menu solutions

Execute territory sales plans and achieve growth targets

Represent FSE at sales meetings, ridealongs, and industry events

Maintain CRM activity, pipeline tracking, and required reporting

Strong relationshipbuilding and consultative selling skills

Foodservice B2B sales experience preferred

Selfmotivated, organized, and comfortable working independently

Effective communication skills

Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Regular local travel required
