About Us
CGETC is a fast-growing 3PL and fulfillment company specializing in e-commerce logistics, including Amazon, TikTok Shop, and retail distribution. We are currently transitioning to a new WMS (ShipHero/ATLAS) and seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage and optimize our inventory systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain inventory accuracy across WMS (ShipHero/ATLAS), Amazon FBA, and client systems
- Monitor inbound/outbound discrepancies and resolve inventory issues
- Analyze inventory data and generate reports for operations and clients
- Support system migration, onboarding, and process optimization
- Coordinate with warehouse, EDI, and client teams to ensure data consistency
- Develop SOPs for inventory control and auditing procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
- 2+ years experience in inventory management, 3PL, or logistics
- Experience with WMS systems (ShipHero, NetSuite, Odoo, etc.)
- Strong Excel / data analysis skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
- Bilingual (English/Korean) is a plus
