American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a Level I trauma center in Ohio, requiring at minimum 1 year of CT experience with mandatory Siemens and Epic proficiency.

Inpatient CT department at a Level I trauma center that is also Stroke Accredited, with a dynamic ER and emergent inpatient caseload
-
Patient populations include adults in acute care, ICU, and emergency department settings
-
Procedures include abdomen/pelvis (with and without contrast), chest, head/neck, spine (cervical, thoracic, lumbar), musculoskeletal, brain perfusion, and vascular CTA
-
Equipment includes Siemens CT scanner and PACS system

EMR: Epic (required)

3x12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
-
Rotating weekend coverage every third weekend
-
On-call rotation approximately once every 10 weeks
-
13-week contract
-
Minimum 1 year of CT technologist experience
-
Current ARRT and BLS certifications required; ARRT Advanced certification preferred

ARRT (R) registration required; Ohio license required if applicable

Siemens CT equipment experience required (hard stop)

Epic EMR experience required (hard stop)

Level I trauma experience required

Teaching hospital experience preferred

Proficiency with contrast media preparation and/or administration, and starting peripheral IVs

2 professional references required for consideration: at least 1 must be from a manager, director, or formal leadership role (e.g., supervisor); a Charge RN is acceptable as a second reference; coworker references are not accepted

Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program

Perform a wide range of CT procedures including brain perfusion, vascular CTA, and musculoskeletal trauma imaging

Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of submission and will be built into the contract; RTO is limited to 7 days or less

Former employees of this facility are eligible after a 6-month separation; current employees of any Ohio State University hospital location are ineligible

Ohio fingerprinting is required and must be completed promptly after signing the contract — candidates should be prepared to act quickly, as delays can affect the start date
