What You'll Do:
- Teach swimmers of all ages, from infants through adults, using the urSwim curriculum
- Create a fun, safe, and encouraging learning environment
- Build positive relationships with swimmers and their families
- Communicate swimmer progress and celebrate milestones
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe teaching environment
- Address concerns professionally and communicate with the team when issues arise
Preferred Qualifications
- Swim instruction, coaching, competitive swimming or teaching experience is a plus—but not required
- Lifeguard certification or aquatic experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work evenings and/or weekends

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
