Audi of Wallingford is seeking a highly skilled, experienced Audi Technician to join our busy, state-of-the-art service department. We are a high-volume Audi dealership with a reputation for excellence in customer satisfaction and technician support. Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and perform maintenance on all Audi models (gas, TDI, e-tron, and hybrid/electric vehicles)
- Perform complex repairs including engine, transmission, suspension, electrical, and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS)
- Use factory diagnostic tools (ODIS, VAS) and follow Audi technical service bulletins and repair procedures
- Conduct pre-delivery inspections, multi-point inspections, and warranty repairs
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers about repair findings and recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Keep accurate records of work performed in the dealership management system
Qualifications
- Required: 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician with Audi or equivalent German luxury brand experience – BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, VW.
- Highly preferred: Current Audi Certification (Level 1, 2, or Master) or willingness to obtain.
- Strong knowledge of Audi diagnostic systems (ODIS), electrical systems, and modern vehicle technology
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality
