We're looking for Retail Associates at our Northshore locations
Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming demeanor

Manage appointment scheduling and complete check-out procedures with accuracy

Execute retail sales strategies to drive results and enhance client satisfaction

Collaborate in team meetings with the General Manager and staff to stay aligned on goals, updates and initiatives

Maintain clear, professional communication with guests and team members

Contribute to individual and team success by actively participating in goal-setting and performance discussions

Support the planning and execution of in-store marketing events and promotional displays
Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience in retail or the beauty industry

Experience in a salon and spa setting preferred

Strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for guest service
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, providing front-line support to both team members and guests.

Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
