This permanent Retail Pharmacy Manager position offers responsibility for overseeing the procurement and dispensing of medications, ensuring compliance with professional standards and legal requirements. Responsibilities include:
- Managing the pharmacy’s medication procurement and dispensing processes with strict adherence to federal, state, and facility regulations
- Verifying prescriptions accurately to ensure patient safety and quality care
- Leading efforts to meet and exceed business goals and operational metrics for the pharmacy
- Overseeing fiscal management, including budgeting and expense control, under the guidance of senior management
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Illinois Pharmacist License
- Minimum of 2 years pharmacist experience
- Some management or leadership experience preferred but not required

- Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
