WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR
This is an entry-level storm lead position for individuals who want a *real shot at sales income* and are willing to earn it.
You do not need roofing experience.
You do need grit, urgency, and follow-through.
This role is a proving ground. Those who perform move up fast.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Work storm-affected neighborhoods
- Knock doors and talk to homeowners
- Identify potential roof damage
- Set inspections and qualified leads
- Support closers and team leads in the field
No desks. No cubicles. No hiding.
WHAT IT TAKES TO WIN
You must be able to:
- * Be focused when it’s hot, cold, or uncomfortable
- * Be positive even after rejection
- * Be flexible when storms shift schedules
- * Be coachable and aggressive about improvement
