Tired of Corporate Veterinary Medicine?
Use your medical background in a completely different way.
If you're a veterinary technician, veterinary assistant, receptionist, kennel attendant, or other animal care professional who's feeling burned out by long appointments, emergency cases, understaffing, or corporate medicine, this may be the change you've been looking for.
At our luxury cat hotel, you'll still use your animal care knowledge every day, but instead of rushing from appointment to appointment, you'll spend your time creating a calm, enriching, and stress-free experience for our feline guests.
What You'll Do
As a Kitty Concierge, you'll become the primary caregiver and advocate for our feline guests.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing individualized care based on each cat's personality and needs
- Monitoring health, appetite, behavior, and comfort throughout each stay
- Administering medications as prescribed
- Recognizing changes in behavior or health and communicating concerns appropriately
- Preparing meals according to detailed feeding instructions
- Maintaining immaculate guest suites and litter boxes
- Creating enrichment through play, affection, and environmental stimulation
- Welcoming clients during check-in and check-out
- Managing reservations and scheduling
- Answering phones, emails, and customer questions
- Maintaining detailed records and report cards
- Helping pet parents feel confident that their cats are receiving exceptional care
- Creating Social Media Content
- +/- grooming duties for additional commissions
