Responsibilities
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Qualifications
- Solid experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service
- Proficiency in kitchen operations and food handling
- Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary environment
- Strong knife skills and ability to handle meal preparation efficiently
- Additional experience in catering and serving is a plus

Reporting to the Head Chef, your core skills in food preparation, cooking, and meal preparation will be vital in executing menu items to perfection. Your expertise in knife skills and food handling will ensure safety and quality standards are met. Additionally, your background in catering and restaurant experience will enhance our culinary offerings, making you a key contributor to our team's success in providing an exceptional dining experience.
