Assistant Sales and Finance Manager

Electric City Harley-Davidson is looking for a driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our leadership team. This role supports the Sales Manager in driving motorcycle sales performance while also serving as a backup to Finance and the Business Development Center (BDC).

Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily operations of the motorcycle sales floor
- Help coach and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store goals
- Work deals and support the sales process from greeting to delivery
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the buying process
- Monitor leads, appointments, and showroom traffic
- Serve as backup to the Finance Manager
- Present protection products and financing options to customers
- Ensure accurate paperwork and compliance with dealership standards
- Work with lenders to secure approvals
- Assist with inbound leads, phone calls, and internet inquiries when needed
- Ensure timely follow-up on unsold customers and leads
- Support appointment setting and customer engagement
- Help maintain CRM activity and lead management standards
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions
- Help implement dealership promotions and events
- Maintain showroom standards
- Support a positive, high-energy team environment
Qualifications
- Previous motorcycle, automotive, or powersports dealership experience preferred
- Sales leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Finance and Insurance (F&I) experience strongly preferred
- Experience with CRM and lead management systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends

Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per year
