We’re not looking for a salesperson.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, communicating clearly, staying organized, and creating a great customer experience from start to finish.
As our Customer Care Advocate, you’ll be the bridge between our customers and technicians, helping drivers understand their vehicles and feel confident in the decisions they make. You don’t need to know everything about cars on day one—we can teach automotive. What we can’t teach is character, empathy, and a desire to serve others.
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with scheduling
- Welcome customers and help them feel comfortable throughout their visit
- Communicate repair progress and keep customers informed
- Explain inspection results and repair recommendations in easy-to-understand language
- Coordinate vehicle drop-offs, pickups, and transportation arrangements
- Maintain accurate customer records and appointment schedules
- Work closely with technicians to ensure customer concerns are properly documented and addressed
- Follow up with customers after service visits
- Help customers prioritize vehicle needs based on safety, reliability, and budget

Experience That Transfers Well
You do not need previous automotive experience to succeed in this role.
Candidates with backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, banking, healthcare, office administration, retail leadership, or similar customer-focused positions are encouraged to apply.
Automotive experience is a bonus, but not required.
