Tampa TMJ & Orofacial Pain is a specialty dental practice dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of TMJ disorders and Orofacial Pain. We pride ourselves on providing personalized, compassionate care in a professional and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities
- Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule
- Check patients in and out
- Maintain electronic medical records
- Process medical records and referrals
- Assist with insurance verification, billing, coding, and patient balances
- Communicate with patients, doctors, and attorneys
- Help keep the office clean and organized
- Assist with practice growth projects
- Cross-train to assist with limited clinical duties as needed (training provided)
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Dental or medical office experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Professional, organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Experience with scheduling, insurance, billing, and electronic records is a plus
Bonus Qualifications
- Phlebotomy experience
- Personal injury experience
- Marketing or social media experience
