Job Overview Are you a registered nurse with at least a year of experience in the ER who is tired of rigid schedules and low-census cancellations? Join our founding DFW cohort! StatPick gives you the opportunity to pick up shifts only when you want to.
Freestanding ERs all over the DFW metroplex partner with StatPick to fill holes in their daily schedules. Think of this as a premium local float pool where you only accept shifts if your schedule allows it, and you get paid top dollar when you do.
Please Note: StatPick is a direct-matching local healthcare talent network. This listing is for continuous recruitment to build our founding DFW emergency nursing pool. By applying, you are fast-tracking your credentialing so you can claim open shifts across our network the moment they go live.
Think of it like an Uber Eats app infrastructure built specifically for nurses. You get to pick up individual shifts at different facilities at your convenience, protect your income against hospital cancellations, and gain fresh clinical experience on your own terms.
If you could pick up with us at multiple facilities when and where you wanted, would you:
- Have more freedom to plan your schedule and spend time with the people you care about?
- Put more money in your pocket per hour compared to traditional, rigid staffing models?
- Solve severe short-staffing problems within your own community instead of flying to travel contracts in another state?
The answer to all of these questions is yes! With StatPick, you can earn up to $65 an hour without committing yourself to a long-term corporate contract.
