Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated person to join our construction team. MUST HAVE RESIDENTIAL REMODELING EXPERIENCE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and remodeling, with the ability to work on various projects. Must have experience in electrical, plumbing or heavy handyman repairs. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other tradespeople.
Rowland Construction, Inc. specializes in residential remodels, some commercial TI improvements and windows installation. Wanting a well rounded employee who does not shy away from challenges on the jobsite.
Must have 2 years experience with remodels.
Duties
- Perform remodeling tasks including framing, drywall installation, painting, appliance install, finish plumbing and electrical.
- Submit daily/ weekly logs
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate project execution.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively in various construction tasks.
- Conduct electrical work as needed, including the use of voltmeters and ohmmeters for testing circuits.
- Adhere to National Electrical Code (NEC) standards during electrical installations.
- Collaborate with other trades such as plumbing and HVAC to ensure seamless project completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed
Skills
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to remodeling tasks.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, including experience as a commercial or residential electrician.
- Be able to submit updates on cell phone or smart device
- Work well with others

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
