Lead Teacher (Part-Time) – Treehouse Nature School
Location: Sneads Ferry, North Carolina
Treehouse Nature School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Teacher to join our team! This is a part-time position working Monday–Friday, 8:15am–1:00pm with one 15-minute weekly meeting (24 hours per week total). This position will begin working with our 2-year-old class and / or the 3-year-old class.

Responsibilities
- Create engaging, nature-based lesson plans.
- Provide individualized support for each child’s growth.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.
- Track student progress and adjust teaching as needed.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with staff and join professional development.
Qualifications
- Degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
- Experience with toddlers or young children.
- Knowledge of child development and positive behavior management.
- Nature-based teaching experience a plus.
- Strong communication and basic academic tutoring skills.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
