We’re looking for a Vice President of Business Development to join our executive team and lead strategic growth initiatives by building long-term partnerships with OEMs and driving revenue across key markets.
What You’ll Do
Lead national business development strategies targeting OEMs in aerospace, defense, and semiconductor markets
Cultivate and manage executive-level relationships with strategic accounts and Tier 1 customers
Develop commercial strategies aligned with CNC manufacturing capabilities and plant operations
Negotiate complex contracts, pricing, and long-term supply agreements
Partner with internal teams (engineering, operations, quality, and finance) to align customer needs with company capacity
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
Own and report pipeline performance, forecasts, and KPIs to executive leadership
What You Bring
10+ years of business development or sales leadership experience in CNC machining or precision manufacturing
Proven success selling into OEMs in Aerospace, Defense, or Semiconductor industries
Deep understanding of machine shop operations, tolerances, materials, and production lead times
Strong existing network with OEM procurement and engineering stakeholders
Familiarity with AS9100, ITAR, and other compliance standards
Willingness to relocate or commute to one of our coastal facilities
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA a plus)
