Part-Time Outbound Call Agent (Fully Remote)
We’re looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Outbound Call Agent to join our salon support team! This fully remote position is ideal for someone with previous hairstylist experience who enjoys connecting with clients and helping salons grow their business.
Position Details
- Fully remote position
- Part-time: 10–15 hours per week
- Flexible working hours
- Pay: Starting at state minimum wage or $10/hr., whichever is greater
Responsibilities
- Contact clients on salon waitlists to fill appointment openings
- Reach out to clients to introduce and book appointments with new stylists
- Call existing clients to promote salon specials, services, and events
- Help improve stylist retention and client rebooking
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the salon brand professionally
- Maintain accurate notes and appointment updates within scheduling systems
Qualifications
- Previous hairstylist or salon industry experience required
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Friendly, upbeat, and professional demeanor
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Basic computer proficiency
- Experience with Boulevard is preferred
