As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the first and last face our customers see—and the key to a memorable experience. We don’t need you to be a gearhead, but this is like a specialty shop, so you need to have knowledge and passion for Euros. We need you to be that person who gives customers a warm welcome, listens closely, keeps things organized, and walks them out to their freshly serviced car with a smile.
You’ll be trained on our proven customer experience process and given all the support you need to grow into a confident, high-performing service professional.
Responsibilities

Walk each customer through their visit—from check-in to car pickup

Requirements
