Ensure all transactions are accurately completed in our POS system in compliance with state and local regulations.

Stay informed on cannabis products, including cannabinoids, terpenes, and consumption methods, to educate customers effectively.

Make suggestions to the leadership team about how to improve sales and operations through proper channels.

Remain highly in tune with product assortment, product availability, and trends.

Remain informed with operational updates, active and upcoming specials and product drops, and transfers and clarifies information to fellow team members.

Comply with all safety and security protocols for dispensary staff.

Perform assigned administrative tasks.

Answer phones, respond to voicemail, and respond to customer communications as assigned.

Establish on-going relationships with dispensary customers and complete customer profiles to assist in future sales and service opportunities.

Maintain knowledge on new and existing products via training, documentation, and cross-training with management.

Support in-store operations by maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant environment.

Assist with inventory management, including product stocking and display setup.

Conduct timely and accurate deliveries of cannabis products to customers, ensuring a positive representation of Thrive.

Verify customer identification and ensure accurate order fulfillment during each delivery.

Follow strict protocols for the safe and secure transport of cannabis products, maintaining compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate delivery logs and promptly report any issues, such as failed deliveries, to store management.

Conduct pre- and post-delivery vehicle inspections and ensure the vehicle is properly maintained and clean.

Communicate with customers regarding estimated delivery times and resolve any inquiries courteously.

Uphold Thrive’s mission by representing the brand professionally and respectfully at all delivery locations.

Ensure all sales processes meet state regulations and Thrive SOPs.

Other duties as reasonably assigned by direct supervisor or manager on duty.
