Job Summary: Seeking Part-Time and/or Full-Time Budtender
We are seeking a knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and coachable Customer Service, Hospitality, or Retail Professional to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll provide expert advice on our range of cannabis products while ensuring a welcoming, compliant, and memorable shopping experience.
The ideal candidate is trainable, a strong team player, and passionate about the cannabis industry. You should have excellent customer service and sales skills, strong attention to detail, and comfort using technology in a retail environment. Familiarity with POS systems, Metrc, Canva, or Google Suite is a plus but not required.

Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs, offering recommendations based on preferences and product knowledge.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Maintain organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing product displays.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment through daily cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, sanitizing surfaces..etc..).
- Assist with inventory management, restocking, and receiving shipments.
- Complete opening and closing duties including facility maintenance and daily duties.
- Support and collaborate with teammates, fostering a positive and cooperative work environment.
- Stay informed about new products, industry trends, and evolving cannabis regulations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual abilities a plus.
- Coachable, trainable, and a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with Metrc, Canva, and/or Google Suite (preferred, not required).
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and customer-focused.
- Basic knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and their effects (training provided).
- Neat, clean, organized, goal oriented.
- Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting up to 45 lbs and standing for extended periods.
