Duties
- Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in procedures to ensure a positive first impression
- Collect patient information, update electronic health records (EHR), and perform data entry with precision
- Prepare exam rooms, and assist providers during examinations and procedures
- Manage appointment scheduling, coordinate follow-up visits, and handle schedule adjustments efficiently
- Communicate effectively with patients via phone or in person to answer questions and provide instructions
- Support insurance third-party billing processes, verify health insurance coverage, and assist with revenue cycle management
- Maintain internal communication channels to ensure seamless information flow among team members
- Work with insurance company for Medication Pre-Authorization

- Proficiency in computer skills for documentation and communication purposes
- Excellent schedule management abilities to coordinate appointments and clinic as well as hospital workflows
- Strong internal communication skills for effective collaboration with medical staff and patients

Pay: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour
