Job Summary: Leads, assists in, and supports the day-to-day and long-term operational activities of Christian Recovery Centers, Inc. (CRCI) Cleaning & Sanitation Services. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: overseeing daily operations, managing and mentoring subcontractors, communicating and training of standards, promotion and community impact. All of these factors culminate in exceptional customer satisfaction and a stable workforce.
Job Responsibilities:

Business Development: Increase market share and focus on growing our book of business with both existing and new account acquisition.

Communicate with the Marketing team to increase awareness and to drive new customer acquisition.

Team Management: Supervise, train, and motivate subcontracted cleaning technicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, proper cleaning procedures, and company standards.

Project Oversight: Plan, coordinate, and oversee residential, commercial, and post-construction cleaning projects, including routine janitorial services, deep cleaning, floor care, restroom sanitation, and specialty cleaning services as needed.

Client Relations: Communicate with clients to understand cleaning needs, provide estimates, and ensure satisfaction with completed services. Serve as a point of contact for all current and potential clients. Follow up with all customers within 24 hours.

Scheduling and Logistics: Assist in developing work schedules, assign daily tasks, manage cleaning equipment, and coordinate chemical and supply inventories/purchases to ensure efficient operations. Proactively address scheduling or staffing issues to ensure weekly objectives are met.

Quality Control: Inspect completed cleaning work to ensure it meets CRCI standards, industry best practices, and client expectations. Address deficiencies promptly and provide corrective coaching when needed.

Budget Management: Monitor job costs, and support profitability while maintaining high-quality cleaning services.

Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations, OSHA standards, and chemical-handling procedures. Ensure all team members are trained in proper equipment use, PPE requirements, and safe work practices. Foster a culture of safety and accountability for oneself and others.

Business Development: Collaborate with the sales team to identify new cleaning opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Reporting: Ensure management systems (Jobber) are accurate and consistently updated. Verify that all jobs are correctly reflected on the calendar and communicate promptly with customers regarding any scheduling changes.
