Live In Building Superintendent
Bergen County, New Jersey. We’re hiring an experienced live-in superintendent to manage the general maintenance of a residential community.
Responsibilities include general repairs, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, preventive maintenance, and responding to resident service requests. Must be reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Compensation is competitive and includes an on-site apartment.
