We are currently hiring Installation Technicians to support a high volume of residential and commercial work in the field. This position includes work with Starlink, DISH Network, Asurion, and smart home products and services.

Job Responsibilities
- Install and configure Starlink internet systems
- Perform installation, service, and support work for DISH Network and Asurion
- Mount equipment, run and secure wiring/connections, and complete clean, professional installations
- Install and set up smart home products including routers, Wi-Fi systems, and connected devices
- Identify opportunities to recommend and upsell additional smart home products and services
- Test system performance, connectivity, and signal strength
- Educate customers on equipment usage, features, and available service options
- Accurately document completed installations, service details, and customer interactions
- Shift between Starlink, DISH, Asurion, and smart home-related work based on incoming job volume and operational needs
Qualifications
- Experience with cabling, internet, satellite, low-voltage, or smart home installations preferred
- Previous field service or technician experience is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Proficient with hand tools
- Must have a personal white truck, van, or SUV
- Valid U.S. driver’s license required
Pay & Schedule
- 1099 Contractor position
- $70,000 - $100,000+ per year, depending on work volume, performance, and upsells
