Pay: $60 per visit

What You'll Do:
Provide dietary and nutritional counseling to home health patients
Develop and implement nutrition care plans based on physician orders
Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to support patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on nutrition management and healthy lifestyle choices
Complete timely and accurate documentation

What You'll Bring:
Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RD/RDN), Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist (LD/N), or Licensed Nutritional Counselor (LNC)
Active Florida License required
Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
Active and clear Florida Driver's License, Motor Vehicle History, and Vehicle Insurance
Home Health or clinical nutrition/dietitian experience preferred
Strong communication and patient education skills
Compassionate, dependable, and self-motivated
