Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Car Wash Assistant Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional vehicle cleaning and detailing services. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily car wash operations, ensuring efficient workflow and timely service delivery
- Lead and motivate team members to maintain high standards of vehicle cleaning, detailing, buffing, and window tinting
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction
- Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and equipment usage
- Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the work area, including janitorial and custodial tasks
- Monitor inventory levels for cleaning supplies, detailing products, and equipment maintenance needs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all team members
Qualifications
- Proven experience in car washing, or related custodial roles with a strong focus on quality work
- Prior supervisory or managerial experience in a service or janitorial setting is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and perform vehicle detailing tasks efficiently
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is desirable for moving vehicles or equipment as needed
- Knowledge of window tinting techniques is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and safety protocols
