We are seeking a junior Training & Implementation Coordinator to support our ongoing global expansion, with a focus on the US and Canada markets. Responsibilities:
Facilitator:
· Conduct onboarding and product training.
· Prepare and deliver clear training on Glue Up's SaaS product offerings.
· Demonstrate basic troubleshooting skills for SaaS platforms.
· Provide Glue Up platform training for new employees.
Implementation:
· Conduct initial customer kickoff meetings.
· Ensure all new customers complete onboarding within 90 days.
· Achieve an average Level-1 Evaluation score of 4.5 out of 5.0.
· Document dates of key interactions with customers.
· Collect specific data points from onboarding customers weekly.
· Assist in implementing and onboarding new SaaS customers.
· Communicate effectively with customers.
Training:
· Help analyze data to develop training initiatives.
· Assist with designing employee training programs.
· Update and create new content.
· Gather feedback and provide product recommendations.
· Help promote the global e-learning program.
General Responsibilities:
· Provide exceptional customer service.
· Provide weekly progress reports.
· Undertake special projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
· 2-3 years of experience in software training or similar experience.
· Excellent written and verbal English skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Outstanding training abilities.
· Ability to work effectively in a group environment.
· Willingness to take on new tasks.
· Experience with SaaS is a plus.
· 2+ years of Customer Success experience is a plus.
