We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our back-of-house team as a Utility / Prep Cook / Dishwasher. If you take pride in keeping a clean, organized kitchen and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen, dish area, and workstations.
- Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
- Receive and properly store deliveries.
- Take out trash and recycling while maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility.
- Support cooks and chefs as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
-Must be available for nights and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
