The Opportunity
Join our team to provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care alongside a supportive doctor and team. We offer flexibility for full-time or part-time status, with a typical Monday-Thursday schedule of approximately 30-33 hours per week. Compensation ranges from $36-$42 per hour with a retirement plan, and new graduates are warmly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Take dental radiographs
- Apply fluoride treatments and sealants
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Follow infection control protocols and office procedures
- Conduct periodontal charting
- Perform dental cleanings and SRP
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene
- Active Nebraska Dental Hygienist license
- Proficiency in taking dental radiographs
- Knowledge of infection control and OSHA standards
- Strong patient communication and chairside education
