About the Role
As a Residential HVAC Field Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring home comfort by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining complex climate control systems. You will leverage your technical expertise to improve system efficiency and reliability, directly impacting the quality of life for our local residential clients.
Responsibilities-
Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues in residential heating and cooling systems to ensure peak performance.

Execute comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules to extend equipment lifespan and prevent future system failures.

Perform precise repairs and warranty-related services on furnaces, gas boilers, and multi-zone climate systems.

Provide expert recommendations for system upgrades and modifications that enhance energy efficiency and home comfort.

Maintain accurate service records and communicate clearly with homeowners regarding system health and necessary interventions.

Navigate diverse residential environments, performing physical tasks such as climbing, kneeling, and lifting to access equipment in various conditions.
Qualifications-
3-5 years of dedicated experience in residential HVAC service and repair.

Current EPA Universal certification.

Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair gas/oil furnaces, boilers, and A/C units.

Clean driving record and reliable professional conduct.

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Formal degree or technical certification in Heating and Air Conditioning Technology.
