Alamo Concrete Products Company, ACP, is headquartered in San Antonio, TX with 8 Divisions throughout the Greater Central/South Texas Region. ACP produces and delivers concrete and operates Aggregate Quarries that supply concrete batch plants.
The San Antonio Division is seeking a driven and accountable Sales Representative to grow and manage a portfolio of ready mix concrete customers in the San Antonio market. This role goes beyond traditional sales. The ideal candidate understands that success comes from owning the full customer experience, from the initial bid to the final pour, including coordination with dispatch, operations, and credit to ensure projects are executed successfully.
Duties include, but are not limited, to the following:

Manage and grow existing accounts by providing consistent, high-level service.

Review plans/specs and prepare accurate takeoffs and quotes.

Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the lifecycle of a project.

Coordinate with dispatch/operations to ensure timely, efficient deliveries.

Proactively resolve jobsite issues, delays, or service challenges.

Track project schedules, backlog, and market activity for forecasting.

Support collections and keep accounts within credit terms.

Maintain a strong field presence with regular jobsite visits
Required Skills and Experience:-
3+ years of experience in ready-mix concrete, construction materials, or a related field is perferred.

Strong understanding of construction projects, scheduling, and jobsite dynamics.

Ability to build and maintain professional and client relationships.

Experience in fast-paced, operational environments requiring responsiveness and problem-solving.

Self-motivated, competitive, and relationship-driven.

Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other desktop programs.

Valid drivers license required.

Ability to work early mornings, extended hours, and occasional weekends as needed based on project schedules.
