About the Role:
Premium Kitchen & Bath is growing, and we're looking for our next Kitchen & Bath Design Consultant to join our Sales & Design team. You'll guide clients through the design, estimating, and sales process for kitchen and bath cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, and our in-house installation services. This is a career opportunity for someone who's proactive, positive, and driven to build something great with a team that's headed somewhere. This is a salary plus commission position with volume based performance bonuses. Most of our designers earn between $75-90k per year with their commissions and top designers will make six figures.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm. Closed weekends. One late shift per week (Tue or Thu, 10:30am–7:00pm).
About Premium Kitchen & Bath
We're a full-service kitchen and bath design-build company serving the St. Louis metro. Clients and trade partners work with us in three ways:
- Cabinets only
- Cabinets + countertops + installation
- Full one-stop-shop remodeling, handled start to finish by our own construction team

What You'll Do
- Identify leads, manage prospects, and build long-term client relationships
- Attend at least one networking event per month
- Deliver a 5-star experience from first greeting to final walkthrough
- Create cabinet layout drawings using our design software
- Build accurate customer estimates and track opportunities through our CRM
- Follow up and close sales (KPI: 40% close ratio)
- Collaborate with our warehouse, operations, and construction teams
- Present and maintain our showroom displays
- Conduct final on-site measurements to confirm designs fit the space

- A track record of 5-star customer service and communication
- Comfort discussing budget and investment with clients
- Strong objection-handling and problem-solving skills
- Excellent computer skills and solid basic math
- Sharp attention to detail and strong time management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Willingness to learn our design software
- Kitchen, bath, cabinetry, or construction industry experience is a plus
- A positive personal brand and genuine team-first attitude
- Comfort generating some of your own leads to help hit weekly goals
