Customer Service Representative at Augusta, GA
Rate - $17/hr. on W2
Location - Augusta, GA - 5 days onsite
These interviews will be conducted on Video (MS Teams)
Candidate who are coming in Video interview need to join with laptop or Desktop only (NOT WITH MOBILE) as team will ask them to do a Typing test as well.
Candidate should be aware of that there will a Typing Test as well
Sift Timing: 11:00AM EST to 8:00PM EST
Skills Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in:
· Credit card disputes (ready to learn)
· Debit card disputes (ready to learn)
· Chargeback processing (ready to learn)
· Fraud operations (ready to learn)
· Banking operations (ready to learn)
· Financial services customer support (ready to learn)
- Experience using dispute management systems and case management tools.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Typing speed with accuracy of a minimum of 45 words per minute
- Strong reading comprehension skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or related field.
- Knowledge of Regulation E, Regulation Z, card network rules, and dispute resolution processes.
- Previous work experience in banking, fintech, payment processing, or card services operations.
