Position Summary
Responsible for overseeing all technology systems, infrastructure, and user support for a growing landscaping company with approximately 120 employees. This position serves as the company's primary technology resource, ensuring reliable operation of office systems, field technology, business software, cybersecurity, telecommunications, and network infrastructure.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional who can provide both strategic technology planning and day-to-day technical support for office staff, field supervisors, and management.

Job Responsibilities
- Technology Support/ System Administration
- Maintain and support network infrastructure across office and branch locations.
- Monitor and maintain servers, storage systems, and backup solutions.
- Administer Microsoft 365, email systems, user accounts, and permissions.
- Deploy, maintain, and manage company devices, including computers, tablets, and mobile phones.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, mobile device, computer, and printer issues.
- Manage and support business applications, including Aspire production software, to support sales and operations.
- Coordinate IT support and repair services with third-party vendors.
- Oversee mobile device plans, software licenses, web-based subscriptions, and website management.
- Monitor cybersecurity risks and manage endpoint security, antivirus, and threat monitoring systems to ensure data protection compliance and coordinate remediation efforts.
- Administrative Support
- Work with department leaders to optimize technology workflows.
- Assist with documenting, organizing, and training staff on company processes.
- Support the company Safety Program by implementing and maintaining cybersecurity policies and procedures
- Train employees on company technology systems, tools, and best practices.
- Assist with directing incoming telephone calls to the Administrative Offices.
- Assist with basic administrative duties.

- Maintain company communications, including mass texts and emails.
- Create basic digital and print marketing materials for internal and external communications.
- Maintain and communicate schedules for key weekly, monthly, and annual internal and external events.
Job Requirements
- This is an in-office position requiring daily on-site presence; remote work is not offered.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, and cybersecurity principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Etc.), and experience supporting mobile devices and remote users
- Professional communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability and desire to work effectively with managers, employees, and job seekers
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between two company locations as needed.
- Experience supporting construction, landscaping, transportation, or field-service organizations preferred.
- Information Technology Degree preferred
- 5 years related experience preferred
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
