Workers Comp Claims Supervisor MUST be licensed in CO and experienced handling Workers Comp Claims.
MUST HAVE 3+yrs of LEAD or SUPERVISOR EXPERIENCE.
The Workers Comp Claims Supervisor will be in charge of developing and managing dedicated claims support for the company’s growing Workers Comp business.
Workers Comp Claims Supervisor Duties:
- Workers Comp Claims Supervisor will provide guidance and support to claims adjusters and other team members
- Workers Comp Claims Supervisor will maintain knowledge of current industry trends in the areas of regulatory changes, emerging technologies and best practices companies are using to improve settlement outcomes.
- Will manage and oversee the claims process from start to finish
- Will coordinate with insurance adjusters, medical professionals, and other parties involved in the claims process
- Will ensure timely and accurate processing of claims
- Will investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during the claims process

Experience:
- Workers Comp Adjuster: 7 years (Preferred)
- Claims Lead or Claims Supervisor: 2 years (Required)
