***Remote opportunity for vehicle inspector***
Are you an experienced mechanic or inspector looking for a remote working opportunity? Look no further! Yoshi Mobility is seeking a Virtual Vehicle Inspector based in South Carolina to join our team. Strong candidates will speak both English and Spanish fluently.
This opening is for 10-15 hours per week.
Yoshi Mobility is a leading third-party provider of inspection services. As a Virtual Vehicle Inspector, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with rideshare/carshare/commercial vehicle regulations by conducting virtual inspections and thorough multi-point safety inspections over video calls.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual inspections of vehicles to ensure compliance with TNC regulations
- Review documentation and records to verify adherence to safety protocols and compliance requirements
- Leverage mechanical experience and shop background to accurately assess vehicle conditions and identify potential safety concerns during virtual inspections
- Identify any potential violations or non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide guidance and support on compliance matters
- Follow Yoshi Standard Operating Procedures
Requirements
- Previous shop experience with hands-on vehicle repair and diagnostics
- ASE or similar certifications
- Knowledge of vehicle regulations and safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficient with virtual inspection tools and technology
Benefits
- $17 per hour
