Zephyr Health has an opening for a Full-Time Licensed or Associate Therapist. We are looking for a compassionate, clinically skilled professional to join our team and provide high-quality behavioral health services to diverse populations. This role will provide evidence-based psychotherapy while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team to support effective, client-centered mental health care.
The ideal candidate will provide individual, family, and/or group psychotherapy; conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations; develop individualized treatment plans; and monitor client progress. The therapist will also provide crisis intervention and safety planning when needed, maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation, and collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, care coordinators, and other clinicians to provide integrated care. Strong clinical judgement, interpersonal skills, and cultural humility are essential, along with the ability to effectively manage a clinical caseload while meeting documentation and productivity standards.
The ideal qualified candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
- Active, unrestricted master-level clinical license (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LPCC, LMFT) OR current associate registration (AMFT, ACSW, APCC) in good standing and in the state of practice.
- Experience providing psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, and/or children using evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, ACT, MI, or trauma-informed care.
- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA, confidentiality, and applicable state and federal regulations.

Pay: $41,600.00 - $114,400.00 per year
